I just wonder if it was in the shop all over the world and not in Norway only? Look at (URL) found it in a shop in Alta, Norway (149 NOK), have not seen it else yet. And it had a black&white box like the S@H only sets. There was no colors on the box (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)
