OK then you're looking for a gray piece in that set, not a white piece, and
as Bram noted, it's not in the Snowspeeder set.

how long is the part?
how wide is the part itself?
how wide is the disk?
how long is the disk?
how long is the space between the stop and the end of the part?

I think this element is getting more difficult to find these days.  A few
years ago, you could buy a Skeleton Surprise for $7.99, but unfortunately
it's long gone.  Or you might still be able to find a 6493 on the cheap
somewhere (it's got one), and a 5561 Big Foot 4x4 has two of them.

or can someone please make this. (it looks like a few cylinders and a few
rings...)

It's got a Technic peg on the end, and the stop isn't cylindrical like the
stop on the other [white] element that's in the snowspeeder.

i really need it for my skelleton surprise .dat file (and my .dat files of
the technic arctic action, if i ever get around to them).

I'm sure if you ask around in the .market.buy-sell-trade group, you could
find someone who would sell or lend you one -- especially if they knew that
it was going toward the better good of the LDraw project.

(...) There's also one in the set 8501 Ice Slizer. I wish I had bought a couple of Skeleton Surprises a year ago, when they were abundant in the shops. They look really cool! Fredrik (26 years ago, 17-May-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.cad.dev)
