I'd probably send more direct notes if it wasn't for a nasty bug somewhere
in outlook that causes an error when I click on the email in the web view. I
have to cut and paste the email address in, which cuts back on the impulse
"hey that's a good model" notes I'd otherwise send.
Matt's right. Build for your own reasons...
