You guys are all nuts,
That much can be said.
I think you have fallen,
And bonked your poor head.

Brown plates or blue ones,
No matter your vice.
Are not as important,
As a lower bulk price.

In the words of Brad Justus,
I'll bet you a dime.
"Bulk bricks have test prices,
For a limited time."

Market testing aside,
I've seen no real change.
To lower those prices,
To a more suitable range.

Oh buy more and save,
Is fairer than most.
Five to fifteen percent,
Is good reason to boast.

But is that all you can do
With your most common bricks?
Instead of 100% profit,
You get 96?

Bulk pricing aside,
Here's more for debate.
Where's the bulk 1x2,
Or the 2x6 plate?

Your line of bulk bricks,
Is so full of gaps.
Could you fill in the holes,
Please? Maybe? Perhaps?

Even if more sets,
Had the 1x1 brown.
1x1 bulk,
Still isn't around.

1x8 plates,
To 2x6 bricks.
I need 100's of each,
To settle my itch.

I'm building a bridge,
For Arkansas GATS
Thirteen feet long,
And covered with tracks.

I didn't think,
I was asking for much.
It IS for the kids,
For their smiles and such.

I'm just the builder,
Its not all for me.
I like childrens faces,
All covered with glee.

Sure, Bricklink is fine,
I use it a lot,
But their prices are high,
And rich I am not.

So from a LTC
Directly to you.
Isn't there SOMETHING
You all can do?

I hope all your lives,
This did help affect,
Including Brad, Jake,
And Lego Direct.

We want more,
And won't settle for less.
Without AFOL's
Your just second best.

I'm missing a key piece,
perhaps you relate.
It's just a small piece,
a 1x1 brown plate.

My mountains have paths,
that could be of wood.
My chalets have brown walls,
Or - well - they SHOULD!

My huge bins of plates,
they have no small browns.
I dig through my "sort pile".
But nope.  I frown.

I search through my basement.
I look fast and mean.
The Statue of Liberty's great.
But too green.

Yoda's all earthtone,
and yields just tan plates.
Harry Potter's magic fails.
There's brown - but it's grates!

I search all around.
I stop and I think.
I turn to The Resource,
the almighty Bricklink.

But Bricklink yields nothing,
It looks like I'm stuck.
So I check parts at Peeron.
Hey I may be in luck!

It seems that there's one set,
one set that has brown.
Oh no. It's Darth Maul's bust.
Man, am I down.

Oh LEGO, Oh LEGO,
Why do this to us?
It's such a small part!
This is so unjust.

I sigh to myself.
I know what to do.
I grab my swiss knife.
And a brown ... one by two.

Very nice. Some colors of 1x1 plates are *sort of* available in bulk.... I know someone who has bought a couple of the mosaics, one ALL black, the other half of two different colors. On the all black Lego called him and said that they thought there (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jun-02, to lugnet.general)

In general terms I would have to agree but my wishlist would also contain 1x3. And 2x3 too cause I've almost run out And for sculptures these sizes are what it's about. And please please bring back the bulk tubs (may I say that they also should be (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jun-02, to lugnet.general)
