When building microfig styled Lego towns, I tend to integrate both the lego
and non lego items so they kind of mix.
Usually, though, I get a hold of those model trees and grass landscaping
stuff (it's kind of hard to describe) at the hobby shop.
This works pretty well if you're trying to construct an awesome background
for your models, or a diorama or a forest, hills, etc.
Anyway, that's what I do for my backgrounds. Anyone do anything different,
(besides taking a lot of BURPS and green bricks for a background)
