The best solution would be to have lurkers and members of Lugnet
independently sign up for their own voting account (or similar
registration). It would give more credibility to the systems and lessen the
chance of botched results.
I'm surethere are other ways to do this, I just need time to think on that.

Same here. I set up a post earlier about the topic, and I found out that
several people on Lugnet (I don't know whether they're ADMINS or not) are
working feverously on this task as we speak. So, we should see the CLSOTW
come into play in the near future (as soon as a few other issues on Lugnet
are settled, I don't think CLSOTW is on top of the ADMINS "to do" list)
