Formerly you needed to confine your activities to one browser window on one
machine, you could not have multiple windows open. Has this been lifted?
That would be nifty, as it often is nice to have another window open to
check on results and so forth...

I have not seen this, except with different browsers on the same machine.
If you are logged in with one instance of a browser, and start another
instance (new browser window), both can work simultaneously.  If you
are logged in with netscape 4.78 and then try to use ie, since they
don't use the same cookie file, they will compete for current login.
In other words, you can only be logged in on one version of a browser
on one machine at a time, but within that version/machine you can have
as many open windows as you want.

Last time you and I spoke face to face (or at least email to email, I
forget) about this topic you told me that if one were doing an upload one
could not have ANY other windows to Brickshelf(tm) open (even if launched
via cntl-n from the same browser instance) or it would break the upload.

At least that's what I thought you told me. IIRC I was having upload
problems with large zip files (but not so large that they were over the then
10M barrier)

I just tested the latest version with Netscape 4.78, Netscape 6.2, Mozilla,
I.E. 5.0 I.E. 5.5, all with and without going through a squid proxy cache,
including uploading.  Everything worked perfectly.

If anyone still has login problems, let me know what browser/OS version
you are using, what your brickshelf login name (not PW) is and when you
last had the problem.  It would also help if you know what IP address
you are coming from.  Preferably send an email to kloch@opnsys.com.

++Lar (who also would like to see a way to categorise existing folders
without uploading a file or making them move up in the recent list)

Yes!  That feature is next.

YES!! That'll r0xx0r my b0xx0rs! Seems unfair to inflate/distort recents
just to fix things, so I haven't
