    Got 1999 mini catalog! —Irving De la Cruz
   Howdy, I bought a set today which had one of those one-page catalogs with some of the 1999 sets including Star Wars (!!!), Rock Raiders, and Space port. I will be scanning the sets tomorrow morning (I have my scanner set up at the office) and will (...) (26 years ago, 30-Oct-98, to lugnet.general, lugnet.starwars)

     Check this out this guy put us in the waiting room just like the doctor does He doesn't tell us which set and ofcourse wants the credit to be the first on to post these scans to the web( I understand that).........but I am rather curious to see the (...)      Since LUGNET came online, I have switched to it as my prime LEGO news source. I have displaced R.T.L. to a second place. I get the feeling that many of you have done the same.       It used to take me hours to read through all the goodies on RTL. Now it only takes me a few minutes to scan through, just to determine whether there is anything interesting there.      (...) RTL is _very_ second place to me now. Disorganized is definitely the word for it. I can find what I want relatively quickly, and that helps immensely.      (...) I've certainly done the same as well. For awhile things got too busy at work for me to have time to keep up with RTL. Then lugnet came online, and I basically stopped going to RTL.
