You'd think so. But it doesn't. The LDraw 0.27 license, strictly
speaking, only applies to the parts library included with LDraw 0.27.
There still isn't a license for the LDraw.org Parts Library.
Other programs have their own licenses, which usually don't address the
issue of what you can do with the images you create with the specific
tool.
