I have jpgs and gifs matching your approximate descriptions but I am unsure of the names (botanical names sounds like Craigo too). I don't think he'd mind if I sent them to you (...) | | | | Steve, The piece, aka minifig dress, is listed as a regular slope: Slope Brick 65 2 x 2 x 2 (3678) (URL) is the same size as the printed witch piece.
