I was chatting with Mladen one day about the difficulty of creating tapered
windshields at small scales, and he suggested using flex tubes in this manner.
I had dismissed this idea because I thought it would be too weak for my
tastes, but it turns out that putting the corner of the tiles into the flex
tube really helps.
Anyway, here's the model:

Please rate the model and LMKWYT! Comments, suggestions, flames appreciated.

| WOW! I can't believe you actually built it! ;-) Great work as ALWAYS Bram! My brother is a *big* fan of James Bond (as am I), and he just loves the Lotus! However, I do think the model is missing a minifig Roger Moore! ;-) Again, excellent job. (...) (23 years ago, 19-Sep-01, to lugnet.build)

| Bram, Well of course I like this one too! Glad Mladen suggested using tubes for the windshield frame; I agree with the tail lights comment, and I especially like the tapered front via the use of 2x1 wall panels. (I may have to borrow that idea (...) (23 years ago, 20-Sep-01, to lugnet.build)
