Well of course I like this one too!

Thanks!

I especially like the tapered front via the use of 2x1 wall panels.

The tapered front was an afterthought...but I really like the way it turned
out.  It looks much less squared off than when it was 8 wide all the way.

A question though; why do you turn the doors studs in instead
of studs out on some of your 8 wides?

Usually, it's a matter of how they're attached.  On some of the cars (like
the Charger), the doors have to be built backwards so that I can get a 1/2
stud offset by putting the "tubes" under a 1x3 plate into the holes in the
studs on the hinge plate.  Since many of the hinges are attached using a 1x2
headlight brick on its side, it's easier to make the bottom of the plates
flush with the sides of the car rather than the top.  On the Esprit,  the
studs face inward so the door is closer to 4 long than 3 long.  It would be
difficult to attach the 2x4 plate if the studs faced out.
Maybe something I just said makes sense...

Hope to see more of your MOC's soon!

(...) Yeah, I see; it's unfortunate LEGO doesn't have a 1x3 with 2 studs on top with half stud offsets (using the 1x2 tiles with single stud on top makes going from 3 studs to 2 very flimsy!); as for the 2x4 plate... hmm, you're right, I can't think (...) (23 years ago, 21-Sep-01, to lugnet.build)

Bram, Well of course I like this one too! Glad Mladen suggested using tubes for the windshield frame; I agree with the tail lights comment, and I especially like the tapered front via the use of 2x1 wall panels. (I may have to borrow that idea (...) (23 years ago, 20-Sep-01, to lugnet.build)
