Ehh... I'm not sure what you mean. I do occasionally build things that are
just pleasing shapes out of LEGO- not a representation of anything, really.
But I don't usually include other media.

In a lot of ways, it doesn't. However, usually a finished painting or
sculpture is merely visually enjoyed- finished LEGO creations are often treated
more like toys.
