I just wanted to share this quick story.
I was happy with the clearance sales at Wal-Mart and Target but that was not
enough. Last night my wife and I took a trip to the local GoodWill. We got
there 5 minutes before closing. 5 minutes later we were checking out with two
5987 (http://guide.lugnet.com/set/5987) sets for $35 total! One
was used and the box in ok shape. It had a few misses pieces but I found a few
technic pieces in their place. The other was not used but the box had probably
seen better days. This has been our best find so far!

| Why do I even click the preview button if I am not going to make sure everything is correct? Duh. While I am here is there anyway to make a link in the posts? I wanted to make 5987 the link but it would not work when I did the <a href> tag. Ed (24 years ago, 19-Jan-01, to lugnet.general)
