I'm glad I saved a Lego piece from ABS oblivion ;-)
I checked PartsRef. To build the arms, use a combination of #3612 and 412.
The last part on the end (the wrist - I guess) is part #3613. The actual
hand looks like #30082, but instead of a claw on the towball, there is a
1x1x1/3 closed circle (perforated on top) ending. I'm not sure my
