Nice. I'm starting my own sorting method by LDraw part descriptions. It
keeps things simple with form in mind, and I like it. I had color before, and
my best friend is sold out on color sorting, but it doesn't work for me. It's
too dang hard to find the piece you want when there are 1000 or so of the same
color part in the pile! I have had the best experience sorting through piles
with two colors in them, but I think this method I am working on will serve me
better.
First, I dumped parts on the floor, and weeded out bricks, plates, and other.
Then I broke it down from there. I'm not done, so I don't even know all of my
method. I'll probably post it when I'm finished.
