No matter what I've tried everytime I try to use RTL it defaults to the
Lugnet section on my Outlook Express. Obviously it's NOT there. What am I
doing wrong? Need help real bad here, please.... ;(

In Outlook Express you can setup two "News Accounts" which point to
different servers.  One of your servers will be lugnet.com, and the other
will be the news server for your ISP.  When you expand them in the right
hand tree pane you can see the different groups on each server.

You can create and configure "News Accounts" under the the Tools menu in the
Accounts... option.

Feel free to email me offline (ie, not on this group) if you need more help.
