i am interested in buying loose lego pieces for lego systems. my son and i are
building fast and furious and especially need a lot of the more unusually
shaped pieces (i.e. not just brick shaped).

At present (Jan 2000), bulk parts are only available from auctions or
resellers.  TLC is addressing this (look in 'dear lego' for lots of threads on
this issue).  However, it will be at least summertime before the new service is
ready, at least, that is what we have been told.

Good auctios: Auczilla, MA (13?)

Buckets can be had, they are a great source of plain bricks, and soon, the US
should also be getting the 4291 buckets, which have a good asortment of non
brick parts (I have @20 of them)

also is there a lego outlet in ga? i saw it mentioned in one of the messages.
if so, where?

Yes, sorry, use the LUGNET search to find out where it is...I'm a Canadian, and
know where the one in Canada is...:)

Welcome to LUGNET, its a friendly place!
