Perhaps we can take heart that they decided to order the new letterhead and
mailing labels as soon as they confirmed a change in the works, rather than
holding it in reserve and just pitching the old stuff on "the big day" of the
change?  I'd like to think that TLG isn't a wasteful company, stories of
parts-destruction by sub-units notwithstanding.

Since these were the first purchases that I made from SAH, I have no idea
how long they have been coming from LDMI.  It could be that they always
have, and that they are just now repurposing the name to reflect their new
intent for Lego Direct.

IIRC, I was receiving LDMI boxes last spring (May), possibly earlier.

Best,
