| | Yes, that's what I was thinking when looking at the scans of the new star wars technic droids. There doesn't seem to be a single studded brick in these sets! | | | | (...) Dan, I think you're definitely overstating the problem. First off, the Star Wars sets you mention are Technic sets - which have always had far fewer bricks than System sets anyway. | | | | (...) System bricks do connect to DUPLO, but only 2xY bricks, fairly secure (the tube fits into the hollow in the DUPLO stud). DUPLO will also connect to System bricks (but not as well as the other way around). Unfortuanately, DUPLO baseplates don't (...) (25 years ago, 12-Jan-00, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.general)
