Two of these were included in Technic set 8680 Arctic Rescue Base and in set
8852 Robot.

And for the kicker, when I went to BrickSet to look this up, in the "Random
Set Window" on the front page was set 6659 TV Camera Crew which I quickly
noticed also contained one of these pieces.  How's that for coincidence?

Where did you get the white 2x2 round tiles
that look like the reels on a reel to reel tape machine as seen at • Legopolis
Customer Support?  Inquiring minds want to know -- like me!

I'm sure they're from an old Technic set but gearheads more knowledgeable
will have to come up with the set number.
