(...) Very cool topic dude! Well my focus is mainly on technic but I also like pirates and modle team. It's really hard for me to pick a year. In 1988 there was the 8865 (test car) which was great. In 1993 the skulls eye scooner (is that even (...) (19 years ago, 11-Feb-07, to lugnet.general)

(...) I love looking through the archives...! Best year(s) for LEGO? I'd say the early-mid 1970's! No minifigs (and I like the minifig!), nice, big gears--"Expert Builder" wasn't out yet--no themes, either (unless you count the "LegoLand" series as (...) (19 years ago, 11-Feb-07, to lugnet.general)
