(...) It's a nationwide trend, from what I've heard. WalMart has been gradually favoring MegaBloks for various reasons, and not purchasing as much Lego. (...) I find the same thing here in Vermont. It's getting to the point where it's almost impossible to buy Lego retail. WalMart had a few Duplo tubs and Bionicle, and then the rest of the "Lego" aisle was full of MegaBloks. Same story at K-Mart. At (...) (21 years ago, 7-Apr-05, to lugnet.general)

I live in a small town in western North Carolina and I often travel to nearby towns and cities to look for deals on Lego in places like Wal*mart. Lately, I've noticed a disturbing trend. The stores in the following cities have *very little* Lego on (...) (21 years ago, 7-Apr-05, to lugnet.general)
