The "NEWS" line (which initially says "Sign the Guestbook") changes every few seconds to some pretty raunchy lines of text (Afro-Whores, shaving buttocks, etc). (...) | (...) Contact Lego and they'll usually send you the missing part free of charge. I've done this a few times. | Well my copies of both 4403 and 7031 displayed black rotors in the instructions and box photos for the models in question. Both came with grey rotors. (21 years ago, 5-Jan-05, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.general)
