Contact Lego and they'll usually send you the missing part free of charge. I've
done this a few times. They even sent me a complete RC Controller and Receiver
when the one in my RC car set didn't work out of the box, no questions asked.
There is a link on the Lego website under the Customer Service section to report
missing parts.
