Re: Definitive list of LEGO Themes needed

"Kelly McKiernan" <kelly@anagrafyxx.com> wrote in message news:I3EF5x.KB2@lugnet.com... (...) provide: (...) I don't believe there is such a thing. IMO official themes 'died' with the demise of space/castle/pirate in the late '90's. After that, it's (...) (22 years ago, 2-Sep-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: Definitive list of LEGO Themes needed

(...) This may not be definitive, and it may or may not be completely up to date (although it looks pretty darn close to this untrained eye) but I think it might be a place to start thinking about what is a theme and what is a product positioning or (...)   Re: Definitive list of LEGO Themes needed

(...) Not adding as such, but I think you should sub-divide some of the themes. E.g. "Space", as there has been official Lego Sub-Themes like UFO and Insectoids. "Town" is also very generic, as there is Legoland (pre-minifig buildings and cars), (...) (22 years ago, 2-Sep-04, to lugnet.general, FTX)

Definitive list of LEGO Themes needed

I'm in search of a two things, and I bet some helpful persons here can provide: A definitive list of LEGO product themes; As comprehensive a list of fan-derived groupings, themes, and sub-themes as possible. Why? What a question. 'Cuz. OK, I really (...) (22 years ago, 2-Sep-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.publish, FTX)

  New black X-Pod

I've read that the new black X-pod set #4335: [LEGOSet 4335] is available in the U.S. and Canada as a Halloween promotion. Does anyone know where or how to buy this set? (22 years ago, 2-Sep-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.market.shopping, FTX)

Re: Help identifying 2x8 brick with single hole

(...) Thanks for the info Christian, I always thought it was part of the Car Steering Gear Axle assembly found in truck sets of 1967-74. This was where you could turn a 1x2 brick (with "LEGO" embossed on one side of the brick) on top of the cab of a (...) (22 years ago, 2-Sep-04, to lugnet.general)

  Re: AFOLs - The comic!

  Re: AFOLs - The comic!

Jake, At BF, you were talking about the printing costs, and how little it cost to increase the run... Any chance of AFOLs helping out in any way on a future run to make sure that the # printed is much larger? (...) -- Tom Stangl *(URL) Visual FAQ (...) (22 years ago, 1-Sep-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: Help identifying 2x8 brick with single hole

(...) Well, don't ask me for the set number - I have only a vague memory on the details, although the core idea is clear -, but I can give you a hint what to look out for. This brick was not used for building, but as a kind of handle. AFAIK, the set (...) (22 years ago, 1-Sep-04, to lugnet.general)

  Re: The Prismatic Mirror

(...) Brilliant. Pun intended. This sure beats the ol' boulders-from-high-places routine. I can just imagine a little rabbit hole from the surface filled with mirrors to bounce sunlight precisely into the device in the deep-down caverns. You should (...)   Re: Pick-a-Brick Billund inventory

  Re: AFOLs - The comic!

(...) That reminds me. How do those of us who can't make our way to a Lego event of any kind, or even a Lego store for that matter (I live about 4 hours from everything, and that's if it's not snowing), get our hands on a printed copy or two?   Pick-a-Brick Billund inventory

Hello all, We visited Legoland Billund from August 21 until August 28 (with seasonpasses).
