I was in Billund last week and was privleged to be allowed into 'the vault' for research purposes. As previously mentioned elsewhere, this is a room filled with multiple copies of everything LEGO has ever produced [1], kept primarily for legal (...) (22 years ago, 3-May-04, to lugnet.general) !!

Macaroni, eh? That's the first sighting of that there, AFAIK. Did you leave any? :-) The shop has been decimated since the opening weekend, and the last time I was there, mid April, it hadn't been restocked. Consequently, the useful stuff like tan, (...) (...) If you buy more than a kilo its also sold by weight at £22.50 / kilo. Although you may have to point the small print on the signs out to the shop staff as not all of them seem to be aware of this!
