I won't be buying a single set in the new colors if at all possible. (and the same can be said for the "new" style of sets ...) I think it is eBay and Bricklink for me, from now on - there is very little LEGO still worthwhile on store shelves (as it (...) (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.market.shopping)

Most definitely 2x4 brick. Those would be in red, blue, yellow, green, brown, light grey, black, and white. I think I would be a lot happier with less colors. Before I came out of my dark age, I didn't have any idea colors other than these existed. (...) (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)

(...) I just checked Bricklink.com, and you're right--there ARE a lot of true gray and brown bricks. However, except for the 1X2 & 2X2 bricks, the pieces are scattered throughout 1000 stores and several countries. The vast majority of BL stores that (...)
