In the USA paper is measured in inches. Our standard paper sizes are 8.5"x11" ("letter size"), 8.5"x14" ("legal size"), 11"x14" ("ledger size"), and various ways of cutting those in half or quarters. But in the rest of the world you guys have these (...) (22 years ago, 19-Mar-03, to lugnet.general)

I forgot to mention something interesting the last time I posted to this thread. I work at a hardware/department store, and we sell Mega Bloks, but no LEGOS. We've had bulk buckets of Mega Bloks since before October. We didn't sell them at (...) (22 years ago, 19-Mar-03, to lugnet.general)

AFter Suz told me what program she used, I got my then-employer to buy it for me (I was going to use it at the end of a training class as a quiz but never got to it). Hi Adrian, I also have one of these minifigs, still in the bag. I bid on mine on eBay around six months ago. I asked around to see if anyone else knew where it came from and the most useful answer I got was that it was given away at a space expo in (...) Thats a really interesting find! Right now I wish I was in youre position. If I had any information I'd readily share it with you. Contact the original owner if its at all possible. A coworker of mine received this minifig from another coworker who received it as swag from an Aerospace tradeshow. I borrowed it to find out what exactly it is, and if anyone's seen it before. Hi Kevin, (...) Thanks for your advise and I'll defenitely read the articles. It might be interested for future projects (I'll may use it for the helicopter airwolf, which is already a Ldraw file. Nathaniel, I've written a program called LPub that takes an LDraw file of your super-car and creates building instructions automatically. You lay out all your steps using MLCad, hand the file(s) to LPub and it creates all the construction images (...) (22 years ago, 17-Mar-03, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general, lugnet.technic)

I'll have a look what will be the best method of making the instructions. The sportscar is not made in either Leocad or MLcad, so I have to find out another method for making nice (and quick) instruction pictures. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanx (...)
