I think it comes down to how you use the trademark. Using it in the name of the game will not fly (because people could assume the game was a product of TLC). Mentioning in the game rules that TLC makes an excellent set of LEGO sets that can be used (...) (21 years ago, 9-May-03, to lugnet.gaming)

Two things: could you upgrade the Junk Ship's armor to medium and add a jump drive to it? I found the jump drive in Spraw and New Pacific Yards has agreed to affix it to the Junk Ship as well as upgrading the armor as part of the deal. And secondly- (...)
