So, a question, trival/ superficial  of course, my specialty:
paying no attention to the present calendar/season, if there had been
a "holiday" Fabuland set, for what holiday would you have liked it to have been?
Any particular buildings, elements, outdoor features including botanical ones,
new characters/animals/personalities, personal accessories/tools to detail your
vision?

my answer?
still contemplating...
ommmmmm

greetings to all,
sheree

I'm still here.  After looking and admiring the Richard Scarry books, I have a
renewed interest in Fabuland.  My collection stands at zero currently, but if I
can find some of the figures on eBay that are within my budget, I will get them.

Speaking of Holiday sets, have you seen Playmobil's Easter theme?

I don't think it is well-thought-of in PM circles, but I think it's kinda neat
(the figures have rabbit heads).  Not as cute as Fabuland, though.

A winter-themed Fabuland ski-resort would be neat.  Do the System minifig skis
fit on Fabuland characters?

As far as specific holidays go...hmmmm.  An artist friend of mine once drew The
Last Supper with Disney characters - wonder what the Fabuland interpretation
would look like. (Jesus could be the lamb figure, maybe Judas the Crow?? - might
offend some, of course)

Can't seem to get off the winter/religious theme - it's very cold up here in
Boone ;)
