For those already familiar with the game:
I’ve got everything built for the standard setup, the Seafarers expansion, and
most of the Cities and Knights expansion! Unfortunately, player colors are
limited by parts availability. So only three (possibly four) people can
compete at once.
Mine game uses hex-tiles that are 3D - a bit like the official ones released
recently: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/image/72684 It will be on display as a
MOC during Fest hours, but can easily be packed up for game-play in the
evening. Anyone interested? We can meet wherever (preferably someplace that
includes beer!).

That’s totally awesome. I’m not going to be able to make it to BF this year, and
Settlers isn’t really my cup of tea, but I can’t wait to see the pictures.
How did you manage the resource cards? Are they lego or are you using the ones
from the box game? Are you using a minifig for the robber?
Hmm... I’ve made Cathedral and
Quarto from Lego, I’m wondering what
other boardgames would make the transition well?
Blokus would be excellent. Although not
the new Trigon version, that would be
a tad difficult to build. Mystery of the
Abbey could be pretty darn cool in a 3-D Monastery. Hmm...
