I had a chance to visit the Sheraton Premiere in Tysons Corner yesterday while returning from a trip to the east coast and can offer this report. The hotel is about 9 miles from the Herndon-Monroe park and ride facility which in turn is only a few (...) (18 years ago, 16-Aug-06, to lugnet.events.brickfest, FTX)

I'm not sure what's available in the hotel lobby, but there are a few 24-hour places open within a 5-15 minute drive (Amphora Diner, IHOP, etc.) There are bars around, but none very walkable to the Sheraton - again, I'm not sure what's in the (...) Also as I posted somewhere else there are some very good restauants in nearby McClean--10 minutes from the hotel by car or taxi Two good French-one a really nice "family bistro'--the other a high class one Great Turkish High Class Grocery store with (...)
