Yes, Technix are allowed in this scenario. The SprayFoam SprayCan
accessory is an intrinsic part of the Technix type and is included with
that trooper at no additional cost. The equipment restriction excludes
the purchase of additional equipment such as a JetPack or Skis
(anything from 2.4.2).
Apparently only graduates of the Technix correspondance courses are
given the secret address of the SprayFoam Corp. order fulfillment
center. I see no other mention of the SprayCan in the standard
equipment lists.
The basic and optional rules that will be used are detailed in a
seperate (and as yet unwritten) post. Unless over-ridden by special
scenario rules, all ratio rules will be in effect. The Mechanix ratio
is neatly side-stepped by the availability of salvageable vehicles in
the scenario.
