Are Technix allowed (ie does the equipment restriction affect their spraycans)?
Also, are the ratio rules in full effect (obviously exept for Mechanix since
you are not allowed to have any vehicles)?

| (...) Yes, Technix are allowed in this scenario. The SprayFoam SprayCan accessory is an intrinsic part of the Technix type and is included with that trooper at no additional cost. The equipment restriction excludes the purchase of additional (...) (23 years ago, 25-Jun-01, to lugnet.events.brickfest)
