Are there still difficulties with getting the Thursday through sunday night
discount rate? Should I just call the hotel directly and negotiate the rate
with them instead? I just tried to do the online booking and lo, it
continues to not work.

Hilton Arlington still has availability!
Hilton Arlington & Towers has a block of guestrooms reserved for
Brickfest at a special rate of $89.00 plus tax per night,
available August 12, 2004 - August 16, 2004.
Please note:
All rooms with Two Full Size Beds have been reserved over this time period.
Hilton Arlington still has availability for Rooms with One King Size Bed.
(A maximum of one rollaway per room may be requested for an additional fee of
$20.00 per night.)
So we now have:
10 more rooms Thursday night
15 Friday
15 Saturday
and 10 Sunday.
If you have previously requested a room for Thursday but did not get the
discount contact them to make the adjustment.

The Hilton is just blocks away from BrickFest and is the perfect place to stay while at the convention! But (...)
