I’m trying to fix everything now. (I didn’t expect so many people to be
reserving rooms on Thursday. I guess we will be kicking off the festivities
early then planned. The Hilton had omitted doubles in the group reservation it
has been fixed now. (I don’t know how this was overlooked it is in the
contract). They said it would take about 30 minutes to register and then it
should work.
Also please note the room rates: Singles $89 +tax and fees, Doubles $89 +tax and
fees, Triples $109 +tax and fees, and Quads $129 +tax and fees.
If anyone has any problem securing this rate, please contact me with your full
name and contact info. I will likely forward your information so include all
details you wouldlike passed on. info@brickfest.com

| (...) -- Thanks Christina for helping with this! -- Some observations: Kids don't seem to count in the room pricing scheme, so we had no trouble asking for 2 adults + 2 kids and getting the 2 adult rate with 2 double beds. We did have a problem (...) (20 years ago, 17-Jun-04, to lugnet.events.brickfest, FTX)
