OK, I've taken the plunge. Now I need to book some flights or I may not make
it!
Are there any other non-North American attendees this year?
My plan is to visit my friend Damian and his wife in North Carolina and then
come up for BF - As I'm in the middle of moving I don't have my US maps so I
don't know how easy it will be to get there. If anyone has been before and can
advise please drop me an email - I'd rather not hire a car - I'd like to come up
from Greensboro by train and then fly back to the UK from BWI but it may be much
cheaper to go back to NC to go home.
I checked out the hotels and they seem very expensive except the Best Western
-does anyone know if it's walkable from there to BF?
I very much doubt I will be able to bring anything to show as due to the move I
have very few exciting MOCs in a built up state and very little time to work on
anything.
If anyone wants anything from the UK though, drop me a line.

Simon, I'm an NC person, and the road directions from Greensboro are really easy: I-85 North to Richmond, then I-95 North until you get there:) (actually, getting around in Arlington was the trick for me...Mapquest was a little fuzzy).
