| (...) Just to quickly answer, it was never really formally announced, but it's been under construction for the last 6-8 months or so, and semi-intentionally made its debut at BrickFest 2002. | I'd like to point out that the build room (K8) was running out of display space toward the end. That's a measure of success. I took lots of pictures, watch for them.
