Just to quickly answer, it was never really formally announced, but it's
been under construction for the last 6-8 months or so, and
semi-intentionally made its debut at BrickFest 2002. (Tho there may have
been some whisperings in the NELUG group on LUGNET or by various members.)
The display was built by myself and Shaun Sullivan, and features the same
AT-AT's that appeared at the MIT MindFest in 1999 (both have evolved since
then). You'll probably see more pictures surfacing very soon, and a brand
new AT-AT & Hoth base page by me in the coming week(s)...
