Update from the ME Models Crew concerning the Event Kits- They are in the mail. As always there are fresh and exciting MOCs in both new and existing catagories. The public were overly impressed (as usual). But what keeps me coming back to LEGO AFOL events are the people; the reunion-like atmosphere of the AFOLs and the amazed (...) (18 years ago, 12-Oct-06, to lugnet.events.nwbrickcon)

At (URL) NWBrickCon2006> I showed my first ever multi-colored sculpture. It was a part of the moonbase display. It was an 8 foot tall cone with a bulging red stripe spiraling up the side. But the red stripe is structural. Its not just tacked on the (...) NWBrickCon ended this evening and it was a great event. Watch for more details from others, but here are some highlights from the main room: 1. A giant, 30 foot long castle display.
