Once you're in the European union you can travel through all it's member states/countries. -Train from the Netherlands to Berlin is the worst option you could think off. (...) Frankfurt-Berlin is a simple travel, dunno about pricing though. Amsterdam - Berlin is a lot longer and less comfortable and not very cheap either. (...)
