For my preferences, i would much rather have a Dragonlance Line. Ditch the
lame Harry Potter too.
DL has 10 dragon types, all kinds of races, all kinds of neat looking
fortresses and places. Monsters, machines, weapons and stuff. It would be
very cool. Pretty much everything required already exists- except bigger
dragon wings and small draconian wings. Beyond those, its really just a parts
colour issue.
Theres over 100 novels in the series, with many New York Times bestsellers
among them, plus the roleplayers could start to use them for D&D 3e or fantasy
wargaming (they already do this mind you...). Its got a built in audience.
