One thing to consider is to look what is happening to the 'e-business'
companies such as Amazon.com and Etoys.com.  They are not making any $$.
This Christmas is the 'make or break' for them to actually turn a profit.

I don't see e-commerce taking over the stores yet, I still see at least for
the next 5 years maybe true brick and mortar companies still kicking their
but.  Humans still ike to go to a store, pick up an object, look at it,
debate it, and then maybe get it or find something else.   e-commerce
doesn't offer that.  I have purchased a huge chunk of stuff online over the
last four years, but I still swing by Toys R Us, Best Buy, CompUSA and other
major stores and just 'browse'.

Most people love the idea of being able to design sets online and order • them.
I don't like it.  I might try it, but I really hope that TLC continues to
design sets to sell in stores.  Here's why having all LEGO online would be
bad--
