 Dear LEGO / 2707 (-20)
Re: LEGO is listening! (was...are you listening?)

(...) Thanks for the correction Richard, you have heard of "fuzzy logic"? I sometimes have "fuzzy memory" :^) (...) That is pretty much the point I was trying to make, more or less, well the hesitant part anyways. (...) I am also happy that Mr. (...) (24 years ago, 13-Nov-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) I have to correct you and others reading this part of the thread. The *FIRST* person with a Lego repliable email address was the manager of the Potomac Mills Lego Outlet store. Also the projections are made in advance so if they are wrong it may already be to late given the lead times in developing games. Besides, if they (...)   Re: LEGO is listening! (was...are you listening?)

(...) I don't work for LEGO either, but until the time that Brad J. showed up it was impossible to find a publicly acknowledged EMAIL address AT ALL, let alone get a reply. So this is already a step in the right direction. I assume that this was (...) (24 years ago, 13-Nov-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: New 2001 Lego Racers

(...) Whoaah! Someone at TLC needs a wakeup call! I didn't ever recognise it as LEGO (I first checked the 'recent uploads' at Brickshelf before I read this post). What is LEGO thinking? What marketing research do they have to back this up? "If we (...) (24 years ago, 12-Nov-00, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) I think we're all being a bit selfish here. I still distinctly remember when I got my first set, a 111 starter train set, and how much I loved it.   Re: LEGO is listening! (was...are you listening?)

I want to use RCX or Scout in TRAIN series ASAP, but RCX or Scout is too big and sometimes too complex, I hope TLC can make mini-RCX or microi-Scout for TRAIN series, these two don't need baterry and the power can get from outside: Idea1: Mini-RCX, (...)   Re: Juniorization Manifesto

(...) Actually, I thought that back in the late 80's, when Tyco Super Blocks first appeared. However, I've been told that the patent hadn't expired, and the TLC entered into a big lawsuit against Tyco for patent infringement, with Tyco winning in (...)   Lego, Research, and "Juniorization"

From the brief (but appreciated) remarks that appear here from Lego employees and managers, "juniorization" is a result of toy trends and Lego's own research. It's hard to argue with research (though as someone pointed out, you often discover what (...) (24 years ago, 9-Nov-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Call for clarification of Brick-o-Lizer™ User Agreement

  Re: Juniorization Manifesto

(...) There's another reason for Juniorization (and other manifestations of special-purpose pieces) that doesn't seem to have got much airtime in this debate.   Juniorization Manifesto
