  Re: more movie based themes?

(...) Bruce Lee? (...) Oh, *that* guy. JRR Tolkien. It'd be kind of difficult to get a contract with him specifically as he's slightly dead. You'd need to go through his estate. J (24 years ago, 10-May-00, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: more movie based themes?

(...) I agree... Although it's too late now, I would have *loved* to have seen LEGO work with the new Lord of the Rings movie that's coming out. Many, many friends of mine (who currently don't buy LEGO toys) have told me that they'd *have* to buy (...) (24 years ago, 9-May-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

  more movie based themes?

i think that more movie based themes would be a good idea... lego has done star wars (which is REALLY popular) and kind of indiania jones (adventurers) which is also a popular theme... both are lucas arts for some reason... but i think that if you (...)   Re: lego vampires?

Two miniheads come immediately to mind: the lego skulls and the gasgano head -- and the latter is essentially not even a custom, but very useable as a zombie or vampire head (I happen to (...)   Re: lego vampires?

(...) Great Idea, I suggested Haunted houses ages ago... But you might have to tone it down a little. (ie Duckula Rather than Dracula). Alex (24 years ago, 7-May-00, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.castle)

  lego vampires?

i think that lego vampires would be really cool for someones lego castle... i thought that bat lord was an attempt at them but they need little fangs like the bats do... if TLG released a minifig pack of them i would buy heaps and have vampire (...)   Re: Some model team ideas

(...) A lovely idea, but they have already half-built two Italian motorcycles already with the technic series - just add shaft drive with some bevel gears and you have a Moto Guzzi.
