 Dear LEGO / 1867 (-10)
Re: Wish lego would make more different themes.

(...) I still think Lego should do a Wizard of Oz castle theme. Think of all the scenes they could reproduce, and all the characters are public domain according to the W of O fan club. Markus (25 years ago, 22-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) and (...) a (...) And the crowd goes wild! They seem to be cheering... "THUNDERBOLT!" "THUNDERBOLT!" "THUNDERBOLT!" Seriously, this would make an awesome accessory. After making JarJar, I think that TLC might make a minotaur, which would be (...) (25 years ago, 22-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: Future Themes for Castle

(x-posted to .dear-lego) (...) I agree. As Craig said, many people asked for this before. It'd be a HUGE hit IMO. There are endless possibilities: Colisseums, The oracle (Delphi), Chariot races, mythical stuff, a Julius Caeser fig (with wreath and (...) We're all pretty much wondering the same thing - perhaps every AFOL is musing about a different theme, but I think each and every one of us wants SOMETHING (...)   Re: Stuff I'd like to see...

(...) Hmm. From my experience, they don't HAVE to adapt the kids to lego. I baby-sit two 5 y/o twins every Friday afternoon, so I get to see what other kids think about lego. These kids have both "dad's old lego" (1) and new sets (among others: Sith (...) (25 years ago, 19-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Stuff I'd like to see...

(...) Yes, *some* kids are that way. When writing the post, I was thinking of my friends, but perhaps they aren't so good to compare with, they are all over 14, and that's not really a "lego" age. I agree that lego is not giving them the tools they (...) (25 years ago, 19-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Stuff I'd like to see...

(...) I keep seeing people say this, and you know, I don't agree. I am quite sure *some* kids are this way but the ones who come to my Technic class (about 30 or so kids, on and off, age range 6-12, out of a school of 120 or so kids) are definitely (...)
