  Re: Palm Tree Junior

(...) Agreed - a 1x2 plate with side clip would have been an interesting new piece, perhaps not that useful.. but the extra two 1x2 plates would have been nice! It is poopy in principle (in my mind anyway), as I haven't seen a use for it that (...) (25 years ago, 9-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Uh, WHAT 1x2 plate with side clip? I've only ever seen 1x1, and you can't make the 1x2 brick with side clip with a 1x1 plate with side clip. (...) -- Tom Stangl ***(URL) Visual FAQ home ***(URL) Bay Area DSMs (25 years ago, 9-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: No LEGOFest...

Here in Australia, Lego Trains are a joke. Seeing this thread made me register from my Work PC. (...) Strictly speaking, the 1x2 brick with side clip isn't a POOP--you can't build it out of other pieces. But it is a juniorized, un-lego-ish nightmare. Should have been a 1x2 plate with a side clip. Steve (25 years ago, 8-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: LEGO: The Movie?

  Speculation

I see it has come up (again) in another thread that the LEGO minifigs have no homes. I think it is long past time to put this whole question to rest. Where DO minifigs live? HOW do they live? Where do they come from? What is their nature? Let us (...) (25 years ago, 7-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)
