Brad,
Rolling garage doors are VERY popular. They are also relatively rare
because they were only available in the 80s.
PLEASE check to see if it would be possible to bulk order them (assuming
the old molds didn't wear out and are stored somewhere). If I could buy
new parts, I would probably buy the equivalent of 50-100 doors just for
myself, as a start (we're talking 9 -10 slats, 1 bottom slat, 2 1x14
slotted bricks, and 7-8 1x2 slotted bricks per door).
Building a PROPER city requires these doors - I can't have a good warehouse
section for my freight train without them, and the gas stations need them
badly for the repair garages.
If they can't/won't bring them back in bulk, then either reverse the
Juniorization of Town, and Seniorize it, giving it back all the nice parts
it used to have, or bring out 1 or 2 Town Sr sets a year, with parts like
the rolling garage doors, and NO Town Jr megapieces.
