LEGO's standard policy is that the main model on the cover of the box is shown life-sized. (At least that was the policy when I worked at the Imagination Center at the Mall of America.) Hi, Today I've received three Santa Fe engines. (URL) of them were filled with some pieces of paperboard and five creator-like bags (standard multicolored bricks).
